Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at VOLT, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning content that aligns with our brand's identity and helps us engage with our target audience. You'll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to design materials for both print and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, social media content, web graphics, and email campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and requirements, and provide creative input and design solutions.
• Visual Storytelling: Use your creativity to convey compelling messages and stories through visuals that resonate with our target audience.
• Deadline Adherence: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all designs are of high quality, pixel-perfect, and error-free before final delivery.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and technologies to continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Experience in both print and digital design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
