Subject: Placing Order for 3000 Eco-friendly Notebooks

I am writing this letter to you on behalf of North Point High School. As part of our initiative
to go green, we have decided to switch to notebooks made from recycled paper. We have
heard highly about your recycled paper notebooks. We would like to order 3000 pieces from
you – 1000 plain and small, 1000 ruled and king size, and 1000 plain and large. The number
of pages in each book should be 120.

The notebooks should be delivered to the school by 3 January 2020, in time for the
commencement of the next academic year. We request you to give us competitive prices. The
school will make a digital transfer of the amount. Thus, we would also request you to send us
your bank details.
